Every case starts with a $20 exam and digital X-rays so Dr. Nguyen can confirm your teeth, gums, and bone are healthy enough to move. Aligning teeth on top of untreated decay or gum disease is how people get into trouble, so we handle the foundation before we talk trays.

2. A digital scan and a preview of your result

If you're a good candidate, we take a comfortable iTero digital scan — no putty, no gagging — and use it to map out exactly how your teeth will move. You'll see a preview of the finished smile before you decide, along with your timeline and your exact cost.

3. Your custom trays, one set at a time

You'll wear each set of aligners roughly 20 to 22 hours a day, swapping to the next set every one to two weeks as your teeth ease into place. You take them out to eat and to brush, and that's it. Consistency does the heavy lifting here.

4. Quick check-ins

Every few weeks we check that everything is tracking the way it should and hand you your next trays. Most adults reach their result in about 12 to 18 months, though simpler cases finish sooner.

5. Retainers to lock it in
